We are excited to welcome our next batch of Eagles to the nest! We know that transitioning to high school can be both exciting and a bit nerve wracking for students and parents, especially if this is the first student in your family to enter high school.

- Course Request Process
As 1st semester draws to a close, many students are looking ahead to their 2nd semester classes and asking about changes. As communicated last spring and again this past fall – course change requests remain limited in scope. The course change request form and visuals of criteria and timeline can be found on the counseling website. Any requests must be submitted for review by Thursday January 30th, at 11 a.m. Any changes that meet the criteria and are able to be made (pending availability in requested course/in student schedule) will be updated by 4 p.m. on the 30th.

Senior Class Council is excited to announce that senior merch will be available to purchase from January 13th until the 24th! Hoodies are $40 and can be ordered from this link: https://wa-issaquah.intouchreceipting.com.

All Seniors: The State of Washington’s Office of the Superintendent of Public Instruction requires seniors to have 175 school days in order to graduate. To meet this requirement by June 12, seniors will also have school on Monday, January 27 from noon to 3 p.m. Please note that transportation is not provided.

Career Fair Feb. 6 – College and Career Center will host a variety of tech schools, military branches, apprenticeships and companies you can work for right after graduation or as a student. Students can browse exhibitors during both lunches.

It’s time to Level Up with Renton Technical College! RTC is excited to invite students and families to their Level Up Family Night, happening on February 6, 2025 at 5:30pm-7:30pm. You’ll learn about a wide range of opportunities tailored to high school students.

Every Senior, INCLUDING RUNNING START STUDENTS, must come in-person to the Counseling Office to confirm, or correct how your name will be printed on your Diploma. The deadline to complete name verification is 3:00 pm, Wednesday, January 10, 2025.

We have extended the final deadline to create and submit a senior advertisement for the yearbook. Purchasing an ad is entirely optional but is a great way to highlight your student and their achievements. Senior Ads are now DUE Monday, January 13 at 10pm.
