2024-25 First Day Information
The Athletic Registration process for the Fall 2024-25 school year requires you to register online with FinalForms. Online registration will need to be completed by (TBD)
Fall sports night will be announced once scheduled. This is required for student athletes and parents. Coaches meetings with parents will follow the presentation in the gym. Boosters will be selling logo wear at fall sports night.

| Volleyball | Aug 26, 2024 | Tami Reese | Returning players come at 4:30 to help set up the gym. New students check in at 4:45 to the Main Gym. Tryouts will run from arrival time to 7:30 p.m. Bring water, and wear athletic gear (volleyball shorts and a t-shirt, knee pads if desired). |
| Cross Country | Aug 26, 2024 | Liza Rickey | We will run the first practice from 4:00 p.m. – 5:45 p.m. on the softball fields (behind IMS and next to the Issaquah High Tennis Courts). Bring proper running shoes (new runners consider getting a custom fit at Super Jock N’ Jill or Road Runner Sports), watch with a stopwatch capability (not a phone), water bottle full of cold water, electrolytes like Gatorade, Nuun, Liquid IV, after workout snack like a protein bar or granola bar, must be able to run 2 miles without stopping. |
