Last week, students and staff from the micro-school pilot at Issaquah High School embarked on an adventure in North Bend! Hiking and rock climbing were on the agenda for the day, as part of our re-designed learner experience.
The micro school pilot is all about breaking free from traditional classroom walls and diving into interdisciplinary, real-world opportunities tailored to students’ interests. Not only do students explore the trails in our area, but are also working to earn credits in environmental science and language arts along the way!
