Eagles Cross Country Soars at KingCo Meet

Issy XC competed at the Kingco Championship this weekend. Our girls team brought home the win in the 4A division, winning by a margin of 2 points over Eastlake. Led by Sally Davis (5th place), Nora Doyle-Newe (8th place), and Caroline Mullet (14th place) who all finished with All-Kingco honors. Our girls are currently ranked third in the state, and we are excited to see how we round into fitness over the next few weeks. Our boys team finished 3rd behind Skyline and Redmond, led by Nathaniel Laursen who finished 2nd overall.
We look to continue the success with both teams in the coming weeks at the District championship in Arlington (11/1) and the WIAA State Championship in Pasco (11/8). Fly Eagles, fly!
