Start Strong 2026: Student Volunteers Needed
We're excited to announce Start Strong 26-27, an optional orientation event for all incoming 9th graders on Monday, August 17, 2026, from 11:30 AM to 3:00 PM. This event is designed to help our newest students transition confidently into high school before the school year begins. Students will participate in sessions covering high school expectations, academic planning, building navigation, and available support services.
We are seeking around 24 10th-12th grade students to help welcome our incoming freshmen. Students will guide small groups from station to station, provide a tour of the building, and share their experiences during a student panel. This is an excellent leadership opportunity and volunteers will receive community service hours for their time!
