Skyward Will Be Unavailable Feb. 11 - 23 Which Will Affect Attendance Procedures

Next week, our district will upgrade the student information system from Skyward 2.0 to Skyward “Qmlativ.” District staff have been working to prepare for this transition for more than a year. This upgrade will improve functionality across student information, payroll, finance and human resources.
The primary impact to families and students is that there will be no access to Skyward from February 11 to 23. Most of this time falls within Second Winter Break.
This also means teachers will have to take attendance on paper beginning February 11 and lasting until Qmlativ goes live. During this transition time, attendance calls will not go out to families. Schools will have from February 24 until March 7 to enter the attendance for the days the system was down. Please note that during this transition, families can still contact the Attendance Office to let us know about student absences or early release passes.
