Hello, Issaquah High School Families,
I am writing to inform you about an incident that occurred at dismissal today. A conflict between students began as school was letting out and continued at front of the school. Due to the timing and location of the incident, staff called the Issaquah Police Department to assist in our response. All students and staff are safe.
While we do not typically notify families about every student conflict or incident that involves police, we felt it was important to share this update as the police needed to use their sirens and go around cars due to the number of families in the drop off lane at dismissal time.
As always, the safety and well-being of all students is one of our top priorities. Thank you for your understanding and support.
