Running Start

Calling all 10th and 11th graders who will be NEW to Running Start in the Fall: once you have completed the initial application steps with Bellevue College, in order to schedule a meeting with your IHS Counselor, you will need to follow the steps outlined on the Counseling website: https://issaquahhigh.isd411.org/student-life/counseling/running-start. Paper packets are available to pick up in the Counseling Office if needed!

Current Running Start 11th graders who are planning to continue with Running Start next year, you can email your Counselor for your EVF to be signed for Summer and/or Fall Quarter.

All students – please be advised that there is a new EVF for the 2026-27 School Year. Be sure you are using the correct one (linked on the website above and printed copies available in the Counseling Office).

 

Seniors

We are in the homestretch for Graduation and the countdown to June 11th is officially ON! Please ensure you are checking the Senior Page of the IHS website REGULARLY for updated information about Graduation and other end of the year event details. Here is the link for you to bookmark for easy access: https://issaquahhigh.isd411.org/student-life/seniors. Also remember to keep attending your classes regularly and passing your classes needed for graduation. If you have any questions about your remaining graduation requirements, please contact your Counselor ASAP to avoid any last-minute surprises.

 

Senior Exit Interviews

...speaking of remaining graduation requirements, ALL SENIORS MUST COMPLETE A SENIOR EXIT INTERVIEW as the final piece of their High School and Beyond Plan requirement for Graduation. Senior Exit Interviews are scheduled for NEXT WEDNESDAY, April 8th from 8-10am in the Gym. More details will be coming out soon, but all seniors should plan to be at school. Make sure to have a printed copy of your resume available – you can print in the library before April 8th if needed.

ISD Summer School

The 2026 Summer School information and applications are now available on the ISD Summer School website: https://www.isd411.org/programs-services/summer-school. There are select in person and online options available for high school students, as well as Running Start for current 10th and 11th graders and summer WANIC programs for grades 9-12. Please visit the website for more information. Please note: In Person summer school registration closes on June 20th and Online summer school registration closes on June 5th.
