2026-2027 FAFSA & WASFA are OPEN now!

  • Seniors! Filling out the FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid) is one of the most important steps in preparing for college, regardless of your financial background. It opens the door to a wide range of financial aid opportunities, including federal grants, work-study programs, and student loans. Colleges and universities also use FAFSA information to award their own scholarships and aid packages, so completing it can significantly reduce the cost of college. Visit studentaid.gov for more information on how to complete and submit the application.

  • Washington state residents who are not eligible for federal aid should complete the WASFA, while U.S. citizens and eligible non-citizens should file the FAFSA. Visit wsac.wa.gov for more information on how to complete and submit the application.
