2025 New Year Message from Principal Connolly

Issaquah High Students and Families,

I hope everyone had a chance to relax, recharge, and enjoy time with loved ones over the break. As we step into 2025, I’m excited about the many opportunities that lie ahead for our school community.

As we return, we are also approaching the end of the first semester. Our teachers and staff are here to support students in finishing strong, whether that’s through extra help, guidance, or encouragement. We are here to ensure that all students feel prepared and confident as they wrap up their semester coursework.

We deeply value the partnership we have with our families in fostering a supportive and successful environment for all students. As we transition back from the break, we ask for your continued support in reminding students about our school expectations, particularly regarding cell phones. While students may have enjoyed more flexibility with their devices over the break, we’d like to remind everyone that cell phones should not be out during class time. This ensures our classrooms remain focused on learning.
